High-Speed Packaging Inspection System

The LOMAX P is a stand alone package inspection machine that is truly reliable and easy to use and install. With its high-speed and unique design, the LOMAX P is both accurate and versatile.
Features:
  • A large display window that shows the operator the camera image and result.
  • Graphic measurement display tool bar allows the user to manipulate the display to personal preference including zoom in/out, tool overlays and overlay sizes.
  • Confi gurable access controls.
  • Failed images - allows the operator to access images of a failed inspection - allowing for instant feedback.
  • Inspection run overview - allows the user to see a total overview of a current inspection run.
  • Real-time inspection results can be confi gured to display the information most important to you.
  • Online Parts Training Help guides user through adding a new part to the system

The LOMAX P is provided in both turnkey and OEM versions. Due to the nature of package inspection applications, we offer a great variety of mounting, lighting and enclosure options that is designed to quickly and easily integrate into existing production equipment or conveyor lines.
