Lomax 360

Unoriented Bottle and Container Inspection System

Four Gig-E cameras capture each angle of an unoriented product. CIVCore software is used to stitch multiple images together to unwrap a single "full view" for a complete inspection.

Features:

A large display window that shows the operator the camera image and result.
Graphic measurement display tool bar allows the user to manipulate the display to personal preference including zoom in/out, tool overlays and overlay sizes.
Configurable access controls.
Failed images - allows the operator to access images of a failed inspection - allowing for instant feedback.
Inspection run overview - allows the user to see a total overview of a current inspection run.
Real-time inspection results can be confi gured to display the information most important to you.
