Since 1979, CIVision, LLC has designed, built and implemented systems to control and inspect various types of products and processes. Our main objective is to help steer you through the ever-growing myriad of inspection techniques and technologies and deliver a system that best meets your needs.
CIVision offers standard off-the-shelf machine vision systems for specific applications such as label and package inspection, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical, robot guidance and more. These are complete inspection solutions, including hardware and software, installation, start-up, training and documentation.
We also offer custom turnkey vision solutions which are designed to meet your own particular set of inspection requirements. In such instances, we work closely with your staff to assist you in developing a set of specifications and developing a comprehensive project scope to include your current and also possible future (as yet unforeseen) needs. This is the ultimate key to the success of any machine vision system.
CIVision has a complete staff of in-house engineers, technicians, and programmers that have extensive expertise in the many components of a vision system: cameras, optics, custom lighting, vision tools, image processing algorithms, sensing devices, environmental enclosures, operator interfaces, etc.
